AdChat campaigns end with a plan for the next flight, not just a report on the last one
Every AdChat campaign produces two layers of data: what happened inside the ad, and what happened across the supply path. We connect those signals into one post-campaign picture, then turn it into specific changes for the next flight. Each campaign makes the next one more efficient.

What we capture, and what we do with it
AdChat captures what happened inside the ad: every tap, path, drop-off, and exit click. We combine that with the campaign’s supply and delivery data. Together those two signals show what drove performance and what held it back, and that becomes a specific set of changes for the next flight.
Two reporting layers: what the ad tells you, and what the supply tells you
We report on two layers and combine them. The first is what happens inside the ad. The second is how the campaign ran across the supply path. Standard delivery metrics sit alongside the engagement signals the formats produce, so you can see not just whether ads were served, but what people did with them.
In-ad engagement
What happened inside the ad. For Conversational Ads, that’s sessions, total engagements, active attention dwell time, the content areas users explored most, and exit clicks by destination. For VideoPlus Ads, it’s video views, completion rates, audio engagement, and exit clicks.
This tells you how users engaged with the creative and what they cared about most.
Supply and delivery
What happened across the supply path. eCPM, total impressions, viewability rate, and pacing, broken down by environment, device, and delivery period.
This tells you whether the inventory conditions were working and where efficiency is available.
What an optimization plan actually looks like
Each change ties back to something the data showed: a supply condition working against performance, a creative element that wasn’t landing, or a targeting parameter that needed tightening. Here’s what that looked like on a real campaign:
Recommendations vary by campaign. These examples illustrate the kind of specific, actionable changes the insight + optimization loop produces.
One campaign, two flights
A consumer electronics brand ran a subscription campaign on a Conversational Ad with video in the opening frame, delivered through AdChat’s curated supply path. The first flight performed well enough that the agency extended budget into a second, on the strength of the results.
