- Recommended resolution: 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels) or 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels)
- File format: .mp4 or .mov
- Frame rate: 23.98, 24, 25, or 30 fps
- Bitrate: 10 Mbps for 1080p, 20-25 Mbps for 4k
- Audio Specs: AAC or mp3 format; minimum 128 kbps, stereo
Duration: 15 or 30 seconds
Logo specs
- .ai or .svg file
(Optional) Secondary logo/tagline
- .ai or .svg file if logo
- Desired text and font if text only
Text for chat bubbles
- Maximum 200 characters of text (including emoji). Can be split among multiple chat bubbles
Background color, texture, or image
- If solid color is desired, please specify values as RGB or HEX
- If an image or texture is desired, please provide a static image at 1080p or 4k resolution
